Refund policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love what you purchase, but if you have question about your order, please contact us on help@anjumkhan.com. 

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order for a different size or color (subject to availability).

  • Contact us at help@anjumkhan.com within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags and packaging intact
  • If your size isn't available, we'll issue a store credit valid for 6 months
  • If there's a fit issue, we're happy to make alterations — just reach out

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at help@anjumkhan.com within 3 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right.

Please note: Natural variations in color and texture are a beautiful characteristic of handcrafted garments and are not considered faults

Sale Items (If Applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.

*Note: We do not accept refunds or exchanges for any made-to-order and customized items. 

Return and Exchange Process:

All tags must be fully attached to return or exchange items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges on item that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. For any exchange, once the original product is received at our office, the product will need to pass our internal QC standards, before any onward process can be initiated.

Exchange Fee: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. However, if you need help with return or exchange label, please contact us at help@anjumkhan.com. In this case, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refunds (if applicable) 

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Anjum Khan does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event of return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. 

2.1 Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@anjumkhan.com.

3. Cancellations 

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Email us at help@anjumkhan.com immediately. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or edited.
