Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING CHARGES

Domestic shipments – Inclusive of shipping charges.

International shipments – All our international orders are inclusive of shipping charges.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

DELIVERY

All garments listed on the website are made-to-order, thus a minimum of 12 to 15 working days is required for the dispatch.

In case due to any uncertainties, there is a delay in dispatch we will communicate through email or provided contact number. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Anjum Khan fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Anjum Khan may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All domestic orders should take about 4-5 days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

All international orders should take about 5-8 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

Tracking

We will send you an email, once your order is ready to dispatch and will also provide the courier tracking details to you. Delivery will not occur on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Address change request

You can request an address change request within 48 hours of placing your order on support@anjumkhan.com and we will do the needful.

TAXES & DUTIES
For Indian customers

Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes.

For International customers ( when applicable)

International deliveries are inclusive of customs and duties. However, any taxes or VAT as applicable in the country of delivery to be paid by the customer and these are over and above the price quoted on the site. The shipping agency would be providing you with an invoice for local VAT if applicable.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know. Anjum Khan creates custom made and 100% hand embroidered products, please note we do not accept refunds or exchanges for any orders for made-to-order items and accessories.

However, in the unlikely event that something you ordered from anjumkhan.com is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, kindly write to us at support@anjumkhan.com, in for further assistance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@anjumkhan.com .

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not offer merchandise exchanges and/or returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at support@anjumkhan.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.

No refunds on international orders.
