1. Orders

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on on the carrier's website. Delivery will not occur on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Once your order ships, it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

Are taxes included in my order total?

Taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Taxes are refundable upon return.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours from the time of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and accept exchanges, so you can try our products risk-free.

2. Returns

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 7 days of the delivery date. For returns, please contact us at help@anjumkhan.com. Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. However, if you need help with return or exchange label, please contact us at help@anjumkhan.com.In this case, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What if my return is late?

After 7 days from when you receive your order, items are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. If your order is shipped in more than one shipment, each shipment will have a return window based on its delivery date. 

I've returned my order. When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account on the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

3. Exchanges

What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are not accepted after 7 days, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to our returns and exchange policy for more details,

Can I exchange an item from my order?

You can! Please note you can only exchange for a new size or color (where applicable) of the same item once. If your order is outside of the return window you will not have the option for an exchange. Make sure to send back your return within 7 days of receiving your order to avoid being charged and/or to receive your refund.

How do I initiate an exchange request?

For any exchanges, please update us at help@anjumkhan.com and . Your exchange will be shipped as soon as we receive the original product back and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your exchange is on the way. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. However, if you need help with return or exchange label, please contact us at help@anjumkhan.com. In this case, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

Our size guides serve as a general guideline for helping you find your size. Our silhouettes vary from slim-fitting to oversized, so each style will have different measurements.

Can I order get my order customized?

Yes, for any customization needs, you can always reach out to our Customer team for your perfect fit. Please include your bust, waist, and high hip/low hip measurements with your note and we’ll help be happy to customoise the outfit specific to your measurements.
